Vacancy Partner Manager

Partner manager is a new role for us in our UK business, this is the first position of it’s kind within this part of the business and as such is an exciting role for you, but also for us. Are you looking for a versatile commercial position with a lot of freedom and responsibility?  Can you be both very pragmatic and thoughtful? Nétive VMS

Nétive develops software that enables organisations to digitise the entire recruitment and administrative process of the total workforce, including Recruitment, Contingent staffing and Statement-of-Work projects. This is done via a Vendor Management System (VMS).

We as a company have been certified by the Great Place to Work scheme, in fact we were placed as a Best Workplace for the second time in 2020. In the survey, participants indicated that they highly value their mutual connection and fun (98%). The team is close-knit and values working with each other. The organisation is eighteen years old this year and now has 42 employees, including the first two in London since the opening in early 2020.

What does your job look like?

Your main responsibility is to manage and strengthen the relationships with Netive’s partner organisations in the UK and EMEA region in such a way that maximum customer satisfaction, growth and continuity is achieved.

Who are we looking for?

An explorer, a self-starter. Someone that makes sure to master the subject matter and challenges of partners, even if there is sometimes little information or basis to start from. Someone who takes control and takes care of business, but never loses sight of quality and sustainable relations. A connector, who likes to have both the responsibility and the lead role, depending on the area of attention.

When would we like to hear from you?

If you:

  • Have experience! Preferably in a broad role, such as (key) Account management or Partner Management;
  • Have knowledge and a network in the Staffing & Recruiting or Managed Services Industry;
  • Are customer and result oriented;
  • Work and think at a university level;
  • You live in the area of greater London or the city itself, or a commutable distance from London;
  • Have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Suite and are able to quickly grasp software packages that are unfamiliar to you;
  • Are willing to work five days a week (four days a week is also possible); 
  • have a suitable home office (or the space so that we can facilitate you).

The minimum you can expect from us is:

  • A dynamic workplace where you have a lot of autonomy and where you enjoy getting out of bed and going to work;
  • A salary indication of £48.000,- gross on full time basis per year (depending on age, education and work experience);
  • 25 vacation days per calendar year (on a full-time basis);
  • a laptop and telephone;
  • an allowance for business travel;
  • a good pension plan with Nest;
  • Finally, we regularly organise (outside the corona period) team meetings and fun outings for all employees.
