Vacany Netive VMS

Vacancy Partner Manager

Partner manager is an important role within the Nétive organisation – as such it represents an exciting role for you, but also for us. Are you looking for a versatile commercial position with a lot of freedom and responsibility?  Can you be both very pragmatic and thoughtful and operate on a tactical and strategic level? Then read on and let us know if you have any questions, or apply via vacatures@netive.nl.

The workplace

This position offers you the flexibility and the opportunity to work either from a flexible office surrounding or remotely from your home office. We have a professional home office policy to support this. Nétive has a flat organisation structure consisting of genuine, dedicated team players. Colleagues can be characterised as down to earth, approachable, helpful and very committed to our clients and our business. Our core values: integrity, innovation, connection and fun! We have a very strong team ethic, and feel passionate about creating a collaborative connection across our organisation.

Nétive VMS

Nétive develops software that enables organisations to digitise the entire recruitment and administrative process of the total workforce, including Recruitment, Contingent staffing and Statement-of-Work projects. This is done via a Vendor Management System (VMS), which Nétive has developed on the Salesforce platform. A 2021 survey by Everest Group places Nétive as a major contender to the established global VMS players.

We as a company have been certified by the Great Place to Work scheme and were placed as a Best Workplace for the second time in 2020. In the survey, participants indicated that they highly value their mutual connection and fun (98%). The team is close-knit and values working with each other. The organisation was founded in 2003, and now has 42 employees, including a dedicated UK presence since early 2020. This role provides an exciting opportunity to join and collaborate in the growth of our UK business and to support a continuous development of our partner eco-system.

What does your job look like?

Nétive is continuously working on expanding their partner network in the UK. Typical partner profiles are MSP, RPO or Total Talent organisations delivering recruitment or staffing services to enterprise and mid-market end customers.

Following the contracting of a new partner with a launching customer, it is the core responsibility of our partner managers to support our partners with growing their business by, on a regular basis, discussing sales funnel of the partner and building the solution for their potential end customers, working closely together with our solution designers, as well as those of the partner.

Ultimate goal is to strengthen the relationships with Netive’s partner organisations in the UK and to help foster growth within the EMEA region in such a way that maximum customer satisfaction, scalability, efficiency and continuity is achieved. QBR’s, regular cadence calls, sales pipeline management, identifying continuous improvement, roadmap development and partner feedback are part of your day-to-day routine.

Who are we looking for?

An explorer, a self-starter. Someone that makes sure to master the subject matter and challenges of partners, with a focus on providing best-in-class service to our ever growing partner eco-system. Someone who takes control and takes care of business, but never loses sight of quality and sustainable relations. A connector, who likes to have both the responsibility and the lead role, depending on the area of attention.
