How do we support you?

After a Nétive solution is implemented, we can offer support to your organisation in a number of ways. In addition to assistance via the helpdesk number,  we offer a user-friendly service desk portal (Hello! Nétive). You can log cases and check their status via Hello! Nétive. Furthermore, you can: consult information, view the latest developments, and access the most recent newsletters. In Hello! Nétive suggestions for future releases can also be submitted via the IdeaLab.

  • Additionally, we send a newsletter to the system administrators that use our application before each new release.
