First of all there is now an overview which gives recruiters more flexibility in the way they work with abilities such as being able to sort by date of last activity or by status according to the order in the recruitment process. From the overview they can quickly see if a candidate has other active offers in progress for a more transparent view of the hiring landscape. In addition to this, e-mails can now be sent from the overview for multiple offers at the same time, so if you have an update that needs to be sent to multiple different candidates, this can now be completed in a single action.

The ability to evaluate your Project is ready! The team has worked hard on this extensive new feature and now it is ready, your projects can be evaluated via the project evaluation module which will allow you measure the quality of your MSP, your service to your clients, your hiring, the possibilities are endless! We would like to tell you more about this new development in our VMS because of course you want to know how a project went, you want to be able to ask questions to various stakeholders in the process about for example onboarding, communication, offboarding etc. and all of this is now possible! The creation,design and alteration of evaluation forms is all within your control and is very easy to do. You can even change and send the evaluation questions per target group.
