The November release will be available in the acceptance environment from Monday November 29th and will be promoted to the production environment from Monday December 6th. In this release we have improved three things in the registration process for suppliers and freelancers.
Check and approve: All suppliers and freelancers will be given the opportunity to check their details when they log in for the first time and to add any necessary information. In addition, they must always agree to the general terms and conditions and will be asked to complete their digital file (if set up) before they can continue in the application.
Username: We encourage new suppliers and independent contractor users to use their email address as their username to prevent confusion. It will, however, be possible to deviate from using an email address as a username with the field username in the registration form.
Email history: The account emails are now being displayed once again under email history in the record of the user. This is with the exception of the registration email for supplier users that are created by the MSP users. We are currently working on making that possible as well.
In the previous release we enabled multi-factor authentication (MFA) for super users, MSP and customer users. At the moment, users can decide themselves whether to use it or not. In this release, MFA will also become available for suppliers, freelancers and workers. Please note: If you decide to turn it on, the user must always use MFA to log in.
What if a user loses their phone? From this release you can reset the MFA link for all types of users via the user’s detail page. You can also empower your MSP-users to do this action for other users by assigning the additional permission Restore MFA to them.
