The replacement functionality can be useful when a manager goes on leave and a colleague has to take over the handling of tasks, for example the approval of timesheets. In the February release this functionality has been extended. It is now possible to select multiple replacements, each with their own corresponding replacement timeline. In addition, on the user page it is possible to see whether the selected replacement already has their own replacement set up. This prevents unintentional overlapping.
Boats, construction sites, stations or electricity pylons. You name it, it’s all available within Nétive VMS. Of course, such locations must also be maintained, repaired and built. Starting with the February release, it is possible to specify locations without an address (just a name) or with GPS coordinates in addition to work locations with a fixed address. In this way it is possible to hire employees for locations for which no address is registered (yet). It is possible to search for these locations in the system and to report on them. GPS coordinates are not yet provided in links through our web services.
Nétive VMS supports 4 languages: Dutch, English, German and French. In this release several labels for German and French have been added and/or improved.
