Seamlessly integrate your contingent workforce into your ERP, HRIS or financial system using our OpenAPI
With the Nétive solutions Nétive VMS, FMS and SOW, you take full control of your contingent workforce management.
The Nétive systems each work independently, but can also be integrated seamlessly and easily with your own systems. Seamless integration with your systems significantly improves ease of use and increases the efficiency of the hiring process within your organisation. That is why we continuously invest in our integration capabilities; for us it is not a “feature” but a “vision”.
What is integration?
An integration is a link between two systems. We envision such a link to consist of the following three components:
- Technical exchange: the technical way in which messages (data) are exchanged between systems, for example web services;
- Data standard: the “language” used between systems to exchange messages, e.g. HR Open Standards;
- Support and maintenance: each integration requires support and maintenance. This ranges from processes that are carried out when a message sent cannot be processed properly, to changes in the technical exchange or data standard when a new version of a system is rolled out.
How does integration work with Nétive?
Nétive has a very easy to connect integration layer: the Nétive OpenAPI. We developed this ourselves based on market needs and our experience with existing ERP, HRIS and financial systems. We have made the documentation for this integration layer freely available to everyone: we are “open” to every partner, customer and supplier. We strive for seamless integration in order to avoid as much manual work as possible.
Which integrations are possible?
We have multiple integrations with multiple (international) customers.
Among others, we have integrations in place with ERP/HRIS/Financial systems such as: SAP S/4HANA, SAP HR, SAP ECC, SAP FI/CO, SAP MM, SAP SRM, SAP CATS, Exact, Tempest, Workday, Oracle EBS, Oracle TL, AFAS, RAET and various sector-specific ERP systems.
These integrations mainly focus on master data, delivery of new employees, creation of Purchase Orders (PO), allocation of hours (or “Goods Receipt”) and invoices. And of course we integrate to the PEPPOL invoicing network for standardised invoicing within the EU.
We also integrate with:
Is integration mandatory?
Interfacing with your ERP, HR or financial system is not mandatory. All our applications also work without these integrations.
You can always decide at a later stage whether an integration will yield returns for your organisation. For example, it makes little sense to set up an interface for 100 cost centres that do not change, whereas a cost structure with 90,000 continuously changing cost centres does.
